Silva Nassa

​My name is Silva, and I am a loan officer assistant. My day-to-day activities involve speaking with borrowers to help them achieve their home-ownership goals. The feeling of helping people save more money on their mortgage or buy a new home is rewarding and brings me joy! The atmosphere in this office is amazing! Everyone is always willing to help and motivate each other.  I love working at Lend-A-Loan because our leadership team really motivates me to get better at my job every day.  This is something I can see myself turning into a long-term career and the support I receive in pursuit of those goals is top notch! Outside of work, I love traveling and spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy spending time volunteering and hanging out with my group at church.
